The Goal is to have the Largest Autistic/Neurodivergent Art Show in Philadelphia. Which will also be a "Sensory-Friendly" Event. We will do our best to meet your needs no matter what they may be.
After we have several artists, via an E-mail anonymous vote on whether this will be a "silent-friendly" event for some individuals with the help of noise-canceling headphones, or for once have the individuals who would rather sound wear headphones with light music or 3-D sound. This is Our event, this is Our Goal. I am Colleen R. Ott, and I will try my best to do it for my community. I once said while being a part of the Televised Show "This is My BRAVE," which was being filmed at Gratz Collage in Elkins Park, PA., "Neurodiversity is the Key with Getting Along with ALL Walks of Life."
Neurodivergent - Def., is a term for someone whose Brain Processes, Learns, and behaves differently from someone who is considered Typical or Normal. Which could include people with ASD, ADHD, ADD, Dyspraxia, or
Hint: anything that isn't a neurotypical brain is considered a form of neurodivergence.
The world needs to see what type of art we are expelling from our Hearts, Minds, Souls or HOW WE SEE THE WOLD.
Don't you think that THIS IS IMPORTANT?
This Coalition of Autistic/Neurodivergent Artists is needed within the Philadelphia Regional & Tri-State Area of Philadelphia, to eventually be the Largest, Socially-Comfortable & Sensory-Friendly Gallery Show, of Philadelphia, and it's surrounding counties of Pennsylvania.
